ALLY Initiative – Baum O'Connor Cullen Chmiel

We are excited to announce our participation in the Allegheny County Bar Association’s ALLY Initiative Cohort. Only a select number of legal organizations were selected for the 2022 Cohort. Cassidy Neal will be leading this project for the firm to help Matis Baum O’Connor complete the goals of the initiative.

The ALLY initiative of the ACBA endeavors to engage attorneys and their law firms, corporate legal departments, courts and other legal organizations to commit to increasing inclusivity, creating equitable workplaces, empowering historically marginalized and underrepresented members of the bar, and reflecting the community we serve, through active participation in various key programs and projects targeted to achieve these objectives.
