Taylor Staub’s practice focuses on the representation of physicians and health care professionals in medical malpractice litigation.
Prior to joining Baum O’Connor Cullen Chmiel, Ms. Staub was an Allegheny County Assistant Public Defender specializing in cases involving clients with complex medical and mental health concerns. She represented countless clients in matters ranging from traffic citations to homicides, with a specific focus on competency litigation in criminal cases, civil mental health commitments, and advocacy for individuals with intellectual disability and autism involved in the criminal justice system.
Ms. Staub earned her J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law in 2021. She also holds a B.A. in International Relations with minors in French and Economics.
